Thank you for considering commissioning me for your project. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process for both of us!Process & Updates
I will provide regular updates on the progress of your artwork throughout the entire process. Please feel free to request changes and correct any mistakes during the sketching stage. Please note that later on, I may be not be able to bring your desired changes to the piece — it depends on the project. It is preferable to explore possibilities during the sketching stage! Please note that for late big changes, extra cost may apply.Once the artwork is completed, please let me know your preferred method of delivery (e.g., email). Detailed instructions and image references for your project are highly encouraged—the more information, the better! Don't worry about lengthy messages.Deadlines & Pricing
The time required to complete a commission varies based on its complexity or type — 2D artworks (illustrations) typically range from a few days to a month. 3D artworks really depend on what they are, but please note they definitely require more time than 2D artworks, therefore adding to the pricing.
If any additional time is needed, I will inform you promptly. For commissions with a fixed deadline of less than a week from the time of discussion, an extra charge may apply. The exact amount will be determined through mutual agreement.Payment Terms
All payments are processed via PayPal.
I require a 30% upfront payment in order to begin the commission. The remaining 70% is due upon completion of the artwork.

╭ Artist Rights & Artwork Protection ╮
| ➜ copyright: I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to display the artwork on social media, in portfolios, and other platforms for self-promotion. You may not claim the artwork as your own or use it for commercial purposes without my explicit permission. |
| ➜ cancellation & refunds: If you decide to cancel the commission after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work already completed. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued. If the commission is at an advanced stage, I will not be able to issue any refund. |
| ➜ revisions: Minor revisions are included in the commission price. However, significant changes after the initial approval may incur additional charges. Major revisions should be requested during the sketch stage to avoid extra costs. |
| ➜ use of artwork: The delivered piece is meant for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or resell the artwork in any form without my permission. |

Je vous tiendrai régulièrement informé de l'avancement de votre commande tout au long du processus. Sachez que pour les gros changements tardifs, des frais supplémentaires peuvent s'appliquer. Il est alors préférable d'explorer les possibilités pendant l'étape du croquis !Une fois la commande terminée, il est nécessaire de mentionner la méthode de livraison préférée (ex. email). Les instructions détaillées et les références d'images pour un projet sont fortement encouragées — plus il y a d'informations, mieux c'est ! Il ne faut pas s'inquiéter d'envoyer des messages "trop longs".Délais & Tarifs
Le temps nécessaire pour réaliser une commission varie en fonction de sa complexité ou de son type — les œuvres en 2D (illustrations) vont généralement de quelques jours à un mois. Les œuvres en 3D dépendent vraiment de ce qu'elles sont, mais notez qu'elles nécessitent de manière générale plus de temps que les œuvres en 2D, ce qui se répercute le tarif.
Si un délai supplémentaire est nécessaire, je l'informe rapidement. Pour les commandes avec un délai fixe de moins d'une semaine à partir de l'accord de commande, un supplément peut s'appliquer (selon complexité). Le montant exact sera déterminé d'un commun accord.Modalités de Paiement

| ➜ révisions: Les révisions mineures sont incluses dans le prix de la commission. Cependant, des changements conséquents après l'approbation initiale du croquis peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires. Il est alors préférable de tenter de gros changements pendant l'étape du croquis. |
| ➜ utilisation: La commande est uniquement prévue pour un usage personnel, sauf accord au préalable contraire. Vous n'êtes pas autorisé à redistribuer, reproduire ou revendre l'œuvre sous quelque forme que ce soit sans ma permission. |
